One email.
Nothing else.

REGISTAR is a guide and a not-yet-launched tool, so there isn't much to say here — but what there is, we'll say plainly. This is what we collect, why, and how to be removed.

The short version

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address. That's it.

We don't run advertising trackers, we don't build a profile on you, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone. The only personal information REGISTAR holds is an email address you chose to give us, and the only thing we'll do with it is tell you when the tool is ready.

In detail

What we collect, and why.

  • Your email address — only if you submit the waitlist form. We use it for a single purpose: to email you once, when REGISTAR launches. No newsletter, no drip campaign.
  • Standard server logs. Like almost every website, our host records basic technical information (such as a truncated IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. This isn't used to identify you.
  • No advertising or analytics trackers that follow you around the web, and no third-party cookies set by us.

Who processes it

The form is handled by our hosting provider.

The waitlist form is processed by our website host's built-in forms feature, which stores submissions securely on our behalf so we can read them. Your address is held only for as long as we're collecting interest, and is deleted once the launch email has gone out.

We don't pass your address to any marketing service, data broker or advertiser. If that ever needs to change — for example, to send launch emails through a dedicated provider — we'll update this page first.

Your control

Ask us to remove you, any time.

You can ask us to delete your email address from the waitlist whenever you like, and we'll remove it. Under UK data protection law you also have the right to ask what we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased. To do any of that, get in touch via our contact page.

This page is written in plain English to be genuinely useful rather than to cover every legal eventuality. It reflects how REGISTAR works while it's a pre-launch guide; a fuller policy will accompany the tool when it opens. Last updated June 2026.
